Feel like we've had a ton of day games this year, home and road. In this homestand alone, 8 of the 10 games are during the day. Overall, a quick count shows 34 night games, 42 day games, and 3 TBD at Wrigley this year. I feel like we've had more in recent years but I could be wrong. -
On the Blues reddit one of the fans said "oh well at least we fucked the Blackhawks" Yeah we are hurting so badly with our 3 recent cup wins
-
Goal!
-
I wish more of this stuff was accessible on youtube. YouTube highlights for the cubs didn't pick up til lately. That's because until about a year or two ago nothing was allowed on YouTube.
-
Cubs go 4-5 on the road trip, but +10 in RD
-
Now I can feel a ton of joy that those dumb mouthbreathers in St. Louis got their hopes up only to be let down.
-
omg that was a lot harder than it should have been hahahaha
-
This is just the washed up douchebag that I fear in a Cardinals uniform
-
1 more!
-
Got light hitting Tejada and Pitchers spot after this, but the pitchers spot would surely be Carpenter. Well I guess if Rondon gets Grichuk here Carpenter will hit next.
-
Montero almost threw it into CF
-
im taking the browser off full screen so its easier to exit out of just in case
-
Maybe we shouldnt have let Rondon go a week between appearances. Maybe Warren didn't have to try to go 2 innings on Monday night.
-
unbelievable. Now a bunt and a perfectly placed single and we have our second walkoff loss in 3 games.
-
2 strikes, TIME FOR A PERFECTLY PLACED GROUND SINGLE
-
teams been slumping and can use a win its the cardinals we had a big lead desire to pick up Jake after he's picked up the team so many times over the last 2 seasons.
-
i really want this W. Can't have no 3-6 road trip
-
I like when he starts slowing his speech down and you're like "oh man, the game is over for sure" uhh i dont
-
Ahh this looks like a spot for my arbitrary end point stat of the day. His slash line is .241/.274/.391/.664 in his last 24 games before today
-
I feel like Zobrist has led off every other inning.
-
Of course Miggy allows the runner to get to 2nd. Has he ever successfully blocked a ball in the dirt? Why do his pitchers still throw them?
-
Is Bob Costas in the building? Rondon hasn't pitched in a week, lets get him in there to throw more than 1 inning.
-
hit a grounder right to Russell please.
-
I don't care what the Cardinals pitcher just did, that is not the proper way to get out of innings.
-
really hope that first pitch is not a sign of how things are going to go for Stropy
