IIRC, it's only FOX that has an agreement for in-marketing streaming, so none of the Chicago broadcasts (CSN, WGN, ABC7, WCIU) would apply. While the Reds are on FOX, I think that means only Reds fans with FOX-OH can stream the game in their local market, not Cubs fans in Chicago. Correct me if I'm wrong though, they might have added other stations and I missed it.
