    I find it hilarious that Elliot thinks that every goal the Hawks score is a result of goalie interference. We may be getting into his head.

    I'm surprised you say that. He has done some dumb stuff and could be seen as more of a goon/nuisance than a hockey player at times, but he's also contributed some memorable hockey moments as well. Two off the top of my head were scoring 2 goals in game 6 against the Ducks while the Hawks were facing elimination, and the GWG (aka "I love shin pads") in Game 1 against Boston.

    That was incredible. Kane just decided "horsefeathers this I'm ending it". He was all over the place in 2OT. Glad I stayed up. We were terrible tonight but we live to fight another day

    Only +17 in their last 7 games? They are slacking.

    This reminds me of OT in game 6 against Vancouver. Offense is non existant, puck possession is non existant, clearing the puck is an impossible task. Eventually the Hawks won in a Ben smith garbage goal

    Yeah this Hawks team does not have many of the same qualities that made them champions. They might lose 2 games when leading coming into the 3rd in a 5 game series when they hadn't lost one in regulation in 2 years. They blew a 2 goal lead in the 3rd in an elimination game. So not like the Hawks. They aren't possessing the puck, they aren't clearing it. Just not the Hawks I've watched the last 7 years

    Yeah actually I kind of tuned out in the middle innings to do a few things around the house because the game was in hand and based on Jakes stuff I didn't even realize he was throwing a no-no. Was pretty surprised when I came back for the 7th to see that

    I know I'm already playing through the rest of the series on my head. Hawks hold serve in the 3rd, 2 days of hearing about all the pressure on the Blues, Blues go down 3-0 and start gooning it up and losing composure, go back to St. Louis and the blues look stiff and tentative, Hawks win something like 3-2 to win the series. Of course my real focus is on not letting them out score us by more than 1 goal in the 3rd

    So in almost 60% of his starts, he's leaves the game without giving up an earned run. Is that good?

    I was so scared that came after the buzzer. I wasn't paying attention to the time. Oh man all the pressure is on the blues if they lose this one.
