In the 8th Heyward had a chance to get a run home with a hit or sac fly/go. He didn't do it. He then got a hit in his next AB. Then Bryant came up having singled in his previous 2 AB and failed and then walked in his next AB. In the 10th, Zobrist had a chance to score the go ahead run with a hit. He had hits in 2 of his previous 3 ABs but failed there. Cluster luck is a bitch sometimes -
With this team slumps are even more frustrating because even when they aren't hitting well they are getting base runners. Just can't drive em in

I seriously don't care at all. We are going to lose 2 games in a row some times. Maybe even 3 or 4. We will probably have a stretch where we win 3 of 10 games. This team has already proven they are horsefeathering awesome and baseball has already proven to me that all teams slump during a season
