I think it was 5/$40m. If the money is equal each year they are eating $24m. I think the idea of firing Counsell is so far from the Cubs minds it's not even worth speculating on it. I doubt Counsell is a major reason why the Cubs stopped hitting for 6 weeks.

I love how we won that division and were like 'hahah stupid Brewers we own you' and then they proceeded to pants us in every way possible for the next 8 years. And then the Bucks joined in vs the Bulls and the Packers never stopped embarrassing the Bears.
