Lester reacted like it was gone off the bat....which is weird because I'm not completely sure he knows that that would have felt like. I suppose he doesn't.... I think he hit one in spring training once but yeah pretty much
I love how Joe is not afraid to throw guys right out there in big spots. Happ hitting 2nd, Candy hitting 4th. Who would have thunk we'd see this in a meaningful game 2 months ago?
We did lose Fowler for almost a month with injury, Strop for a month, Rondon for a few weeks and lackey missed a few starts on the DL but yeah relatively speaking we were very fortunate injury wise
Ranking of NL Central specialty foods (excluding Chicago deep dish because no contest): 1) Milwaukee Brat 2) Pittsburgh Primanti Bros sandwhich 3) St Louis Toasted Ravioli 4) Cincinnati Chili
I'm guessing KB had a few too many O'Doul's the other night Either that or the Cubs are like "haha how cute you think you have a shot at the division, we will beat you without the NL MVP"
OK updated...as jersey said, Pi you are up, then Logan and then haubrich91 (who I originally forgot to add), then we turn the lineup over with a gam thread...hopefully we won't see this until June at the earliest.
If someone is better at keeping up with the starters than I am, feel free to create a new post in the forum and use my order in the OP so you can update after each change in starter.
