Meh. I mean I'm pretty damn upset but last year I'd be apocalyptic over this Also this is like 5% of the importance of this game but I'd be happier if Michigan wasn't losing to State -
Again arm chair manager but if you are going to put Wilson on the roster and cite his experience vs Murphy as a reason, I think I put him in there over Monty. Or I'm just being reactionary.
-
I definitely think we can beat Scherzer. Just hope Q doesn't suffer the same fate as the other pitchers making first postseason starts
-
Like Manute Bol?
-
So 2 inning saves for Wade Davis the rest of the way
-
Seriously every single hitter in the heart of the order has been complete garbage all series and they all the sudden all got it going at the same time
-
And that's the game. Geez
-
There was like a month where it seemed like the Cubs pen completely imploded every 8th inning
-
And all of the Nationals hitters suddenly come alive at the same time
-
I thought this is why Justin wilson made the roster?
-
That sucks. I liked it when the Nationals looked dead inside
-
Carl is shellshocked. Get him out of there geez
-
Nows the time when you start to think about the opportunities the Cubs had to score over the last 5-6 innings The Cubs have had runners on base in all 5 innings since Rizzos home run ans 3 of them were leadoff
-
You cannot hang a curve ball that badly on a 3-1 count to one of the top 3 hitters in baseball
-
Yep. Saw that coming
-
Huge AB here
-
How is that a fuckig ball
-
Dammit weak leadoff single on 0-2
-
That was super unfortunate
-
1B ump should really just call those strikes for the home plate ump since he wont
-
No bueno Stropy
-
Yes Strop really pitched himself onto the roster over his last 10.2 innings. Before that...really on the bubble Come on darling
-
Please no walks. Only thing I worry about with the back of the pen
-
Now do you let him start the 7th? PC still solid
