    Jesus Christ, you act like we've been getting an amazing pass rush and pass coverage all year. The Bears had been good at rushing the passer, at least through the first four games. I never said the Bears were good. What I did say that this overreaction is childish. The defense is better than this.

    A troll? I am just defending against unnecessary reactionary meatball fans. Every team has a stinker game and the coaching staff should not be fired after one stinker game. Plus Lovie doesn't have much talent to work with right now. Should he be fired because Urlacher is hurt, Pisa is hurt, Tommie has been just a shadow of his former self? That is out of his control. He has been one of the most successful coaches in recent memory. Dusty Baker was successful also...... Good teams don't get embarrassed 38-3. Have the Bengals even punted this game? Where are the adjustments? And the offense has been consistently bad forever, running the same bad plays. Keep blaming the offensive line and the personnel if you want. I blame the coach. The Bears aren't a good team. They are a borderline playoff team. 8-8 or 7-9 with the defensive injuries and lack of offensive talent. The Giants lost last week. They are good. The Saints are losing. They are good. It happens to everyone. I just can't believe that anyone would want to fire a coach because of one bad game with the injuries the defense has right now.

    The trade for Champ Bailey and Jared Allen scheme. No scheme change can help. Cover-2 is a bend but don't break scheme. There is nothing that can help when the scheme is already designed to account for average to bad corners.

    You change defensive systems by firing the coach who won't adjust to his players. Meatball. The defensive has bad players. No system can fix that. To make ridiculous coaching changes with Urlacher, Pisa, and Tommie hurt is the epitomy of buffoonery.

    What's it like being a meatball football fan? Seriously, it is one game. You can't fire a coach for one bad game. there is a multi-year resume of bad Look at Lovie's w/l record here. I think only 2-3 coaches are better in that stretch.

    Pisa completely tore his PCL in Green Bay. Can you repair it that quickly or is he just playing without it for now cause he is playing Sunday.

    Yes, he's shown he can be a factor. But he's a tiny WR with limited abilities, and some people are overstating how good he's been. How does he have limited abilities? Fastest player on the team, shown good hands so far, has shown he's can make a play in the open field. He's not going to win jump balls or fight through double teams or ever be an elite receiver. He's a nice player, I really like him, I'm just saying some of the love went to the extreme really fast. Steve Smith of Carolina can't win jump balls or fight through double teams, but he is an elite receiver. I don't think Knox will be, but I am not going to rule that possibility out yet. He has only played in four games.

    LAZER BEAM. Is this Chip's only series? He's on their NLCS team edit: so he gets the 1 game playoff, a 5 game, and a 7 game Basically he probably gets to talk more than anyone else in the playoffs I used to like TBS's sports coverage. They do everything well except Chip.
