  1. That was a perfect call. It might have lost the Bears the game. Plus, you have to look at where the call happened. You were back in your own zone.
  2. On third and 5, I don't know about that call.
  3. Yes, but Olin has trouble blocking anyone. He is just getting old.
  4. I think the Bears are going to win this game. Man I wish last Thursday's game was a W. The Bears would be in a much better playoff position.
  5. I love it when big time college coaches are said to be role models for young men and build their character. No, big time college coaches are there to get famous, bring in money for the school, win championships, and help people like Rose improve so they can make millions in the NBA.
  6. What did they get for Gasol again? For the longest time I thought his name was Paul Gasol.
  7. The GB game I'll give you, but how the [expletive] does Orton win this game? Orton could have led a TD drive. Just one. The SF defense is nothing to writehome about, at least not tonight.
  8. That has nothing to do with the team or your opinion. That was a straight smug call out statement right after a last-second loss. It had to do with my opinion of other posters and their opinion of the Bears. It was a football related comment. We all criticize each other on this board. I take it all the time but I really don't let it bother me. Neither should you. It was an emotional loss and emotional comments usually occur afterwards.
  9. This is a message board and I can't state my opinion? When you disappear when things go well and your first post is about as inciteful as you can make it, you are either trolling, devoid of logic, or devoid of tact. Which do you prefer to call it? My posts are not devoid of logic. Cutler was terrible. I live in Atlanta and I only watch the national games. It just so happens the Bears have been terrible during those. I try not to post during games I don't see. I'm sorry if you can't take criticism of your team when they are bad. I thought as Cubs fans we would be used to it. Cutler has more talent obviously, but I think it is probable that with Orton the Bears win the GB game and tonight's.
  10. This is a message board and I can't state my opinion?
  11. Trolling? I am telling it like it is. I am a huge Bears fan but I am no apologist for a QB just because he has talent. As I said before, he is just as much to blame as the lines are. It is not considered trolling to say that.
  12. If you take away the Vikings Peterson and their lines, the talent gap is the same. Inother words there is an enormous talent disparity between the Vikings and Bears.
  13. Like Orton? He'd have thrown it off someone's head for the TD, amirite? Ha, yeah. His own head probably.
  14. Yeah. Now go away. Why would you defend him? Because he has talent, talent he throws away consistently? you're not acting very Jesus-y tonight Jesus HATES bad lines and quarterbacking.
  15. Pretty much. He had Olsen open the second to last play and overthrew him. The game should have been over with a Bears win. You're reaching, Troll. Olsen wasn't open. A good throw there wins the game. He was open enough. Franchise QBs make that play. I am not a troll and you know it. Sometimes the truth hurts
  16. He had at least one big run after contact tonight.
  17. Pretty much. He had Olsen open the second to last play and overthrew him. The game should have been over with a Bears win.
  18. Yeah. Now go away. Why would you defend him? Because he has talent, talent he throws away consistently?
  19. You Cutler defenders still there?
  20. No. Just not the case. Cutler is playing poorly today, for sure, as well as against GB, but generally the problem is the line. Cutler won two games Kyle wouldn't have, but lost two Kyle wouldn't have.
  21. He had Tommie Harris disease: get your name called one way or the other. Someone remind him he is in a contract year cause when he sees $ he plays hard.
  22. I bet the Bears have the same record with Orton. Plus a few more draft picks. The trade for the Tampa lineman didn't help either.
  23. Cutler is just as much a part of the problem this year as the lines are. The only difference is that he has talent.
  24. You are right, but do you think the Bulls are a better team with Salmons as shooting guard? Salmons is starting this year as cold as he was hot at the end of last year. He needs to get his shooting touch back Yep. I was thinking of Salmons vs. Gordon as a total player. Salmons is a much better defender. Did Salmons play 3 a lot more last year than 2 witht he Deng injury? He probably didn't have to shoot three or as deep or shots being the small forward.
  25. You are right, but do you think the Bulls are a better team with Salmons as shooting guard?
