If they're charging $6 a month, I can't imagine the dominant cable providers in Chicago (Comcast and RCN) will pick up the network, right? If they do it will be a pretty big standoff. I mean if you’re in market idk why you couldn’t get it through a YouTube TV or something. Anyways I think the article nailed it on how the Cubs think they can play it with the $6 fee, assuming Sinclair is the partner. Are the Cubs even allowed to offer the channel to streaming providers and then streamed locally in Chicago or will that be blacked out?
