  1. This was a really weird game to start Javy considering how few of Glasnow's pitches end up in the strike zone.
  2. Yeah, I was trying to think who had the other two. I remember Soler has one, who's the other?
  3. lol, I was at the Iowa game and didn't even realize they got no-hit. Incredibly boring game. I will say, I thought Happ made three good throws from RF. Two to home that kept the runners at third and one to third base that was on target but I think hit the baserunner in the back to get an error. His arm seemed good enough to me to play RF if need be.
  4. Glasnow seems like a terrible matchup vs the Cubs from the Pirates' perspective. There should be a crap ton of walks, and I'll be surprised if he makes it past the 5th.
  5. I'd like a new ump. This guy doesn't have it today.
  6. That hit at like the base of the wall way into the corner.
  7. That's too bad. The umpire missing strike 3 just cost Hendricks a run and possibly another inning later in the game.
  8. This umpire has maybe gotten 50% of the pitches correct 5 batters in.
  9. Only two weeks and all that, but man our division sucks.
  10. When he's on the cutter is unhittable and he doesn't need another pitch. Also looking at the pitch values on fangraphs, it appears to be a great pitch. Don't mind me.
  11. Mmm, I like Wade Davis. I sort of feel like he throws too many cutters though. (like I know what I'm talking about)
  12. Pitchers are terrified of Schwarber. It's pretty fun to watch, where at least two pitches in every one of his PAs are three feet out of the zone.
  13. That was both incredibly embarrassing and impressive depending on which Cub you want to talk about.
  14. Theo Epstein: Pretty Good GM
  15. I still think it's laughable he got the platinum glove, but damn is Rizzo slick around the base. He saves so many errors while avoiding the baserunner, and makes it look incredibly easy.
