    At least it's only the use it or lose it TO. Might've helped us, cause Weber would've used it after the Johnson miss, and we wound up with 3 points without the TO anyway

    what a [expletive] horse [expletive] move by the refs. Weber's gotta go out to half court to get their attention for the time out. They ignore him and call a 5 second call against us, and then because he bitched about it they force him to take it after the turnover.

    Why does the media have the right to demand an apology? Or the corporations for that matter? He didn't break the law, he didn't (to my knowledge) break his contracts with his sponsors, he didn't cheat at golf.....what's to apologize for? You said the media was responding to the corporations were responding to the public demanding an apology. The duty of corporations and the media is to serve the best interest of the public. If an apology is what the public wants, an apology is what they'll demand. Just because you think something's stupid doesn't mean it is. Why do YOU feel he'd have to hold a press conference to apologize for cheating at golf? Why would we have to hold a press conference to apologize for breaking a contract with Accenture? Why would he have to hold a press conference for breaking the law?

    The sentence is structured awkwardly, but it wasn't harmless, and it is something he's supposed to be sorry about. And if the media is responding to corporations who are responding to apology demands, then yes the media should be asking for him to make an apology.

I actually think it was more of a personal plea, not a "this is how you get on the public's side again" statement. Well that's nutty. Hume always seemed somewhat normal compared to the rest of them.

    You should have bought them. Sold them. Then used to money to pay for a whole bundle of tickets... I thought about doing this with the Angels game, got through for 6 of them accidentally. I didn't feel like taking a temporary $2200 hit, and I have no clue what the resale value on those things are. If only Mizzou were still around.

    I've been re-submitting for the last 45 minutes or so. It's just cheap tickets, so screw it I"m going to lunch and revisiting later in the day. I haven't done any work at all today.
