Why in the [expletive] is Colvin batting 5th? And that's a really early lineup.

Yet another bitter pill for Indiana fans This is a joke right? Wasn't it assumed McCallum would wind up at IU while his dad was an assistant there?
  3. SouthSideRyan
    What? Why?

Don't worry Rockets fans, I'm sure Yao Ming will be 100% healthy for the rest of his career.

I can only assume you're also not a fan of college basketball. Umm March Madness lasts 1 month and no where near half the teams make the tournament. It still takes a long-ass time and there's still an absurd amount of teams competing. I have no idea why one would expect that the time span for playoffs must occur within a certain amount of time. Why is one month OK, but over one month is not? The issue is you have a bunch of mediocre teams competing for long-ass periods of time. It doesn't bother you much when Mississippi Valey State is in the NCAAs, because they're gone in a day. I'm going to be stuck watching the Bulls for a full week.

Does anyone have that clip? "I have never EVER heard of that called... in all my career, comin' up through little league..." I THINK WE HAVE A TRIPLE PLAY!!
  7. SouthSideRyan
    I'm certain that's a terrible idea.

I don't know if I'd call Mark Grace a Cubs source Barry.

right, because I'm not responsible for my actions if I had a traumatic childhood. Don't know about others, I'm thinking it's not daddy issues but more likely a chemical imbalance Pretty sure it's both

I didn't bring up Rose's intelligence, somebody else said he was too smart to crash a motorcycle and end his career. I'm well aware that it has nothing to do with on-court performance, one of the reasons Garnett went pro out of high school was because he couldn't qualify. Kevin Garnett shouldn't have spent a second in college even if he had a 4.0 and a 1600 on his SATs. It's easy to say that in retrospect, but who was the last guy to go to the NBA from high school before Garnett? Moses Malone?

    Thanks Copernicus

No, no, no. He didn't walk ONCE all spring. That must mean he is a hacker that will never walk when it counts. People are basing that on his entire minor league/college career
  21. SouthSideRyan
In all seriousness, I've been very happy to see Colvin walking 3 times this year
  22. SouthSideRyan
    Do you bunt here?
  23. SouthSideRyan
One small sample bandwagon at a time plz
  24. SouthSideRyan
The only way I can see myself picking up another team to follow would be if it was a local team.

I'm starting to think Gooz saw this coming, and his TJS or whatever was a pre-emptive procedure
