Well it makes me sad about Demetri Mccamey...he's not a bad guy, he just regressed heavily as a player. I dunno, it happens, he has a very odd mindset, and I don't think Weber is blameless in this as well. Jereme Richmond...well yeah he brought this all on himself. I don't see how it's Weber's fault that McCamey decided in January that he'd done enough to get drafted and then coasted for 3 months. Should he have benched him more? It's hard to hold a coach completely blameless for a guy not being motivated. I'm not saying the majority isn't on Demetri, because at a certain point after 4 years, it's on you, but with the lethargy his teams have shown when not lead by a fiery player like Frazier or Brown, it's worth questioning.
