  1. My math can't fit Lopez in along with a 2nd pickup with Butler. I'm counting Horford Bradley Thomas Brown Rozier as returnees which comes in just under 50M(Plus holds covering a nominal amount for necessary roster spots), leaving ~51M to spend. Ultimately I think they'd like to bring back Olynyk as well who's got a restricted hold of 4.2M
  2. I don't think they trade for George without getting a strong commitment he's re-signing. I think it's Butler they are going to target and either Heyward or sign and trade for Blake. I think they'd do it, without a commitment. He'd come cheaper and they'd have all year to get him into playing there. I honestly figure we want 3, NJ's pick next year, more picks, and Smart and Crowder. I know how ridiculous that sounds, but that's how ridiculous I think our guys are in valuing Jimmy. I could live with #3, LAL/SAC pick, Smart, and Crowder. Shouldn't take a lot of massaging to fit Hayward and Butler under the cap with Crowder/Smart's contracts shipping out.
  3. I'm guessing both. Use the Philly future pick with some assets to try to get George or Butler. I wasn't crazy about Fultz (though Jackson doesn't do a lot for me either) so unless there's crazy restrictions on the future pick I'm okayish with this I'm missing something here. What future PHL pick are you referring to? PHL holds all their future #1 draft choices. Are you referring to the LAL 2018 pick that PHL had previously controlled? PHL still keeps that LAL pick if it doesn't fall anywhere between #2 - #5 next year. If PHL keeps the LAL pick then BOS then gets the SAC 2019 unprotected 1st that PHL also controls. If they can stay on the floor & out of the trainers room, Embid, Simmons, Fultz & Saric looking like a nice young PHL core At time of my post I did not see the mechanics of the future pick finalized just that it could be Lakers or Sacto, used that as shorthand

  5. Is she headless?
  6. I like Gottlieb.
  7. Yeah, I imagine it'll be more entertaining than Mayweather-Pacman, but I can't imagine McGregor stands a chance.
  8. It doesn't matter. this isn't transporting some modern team back to the 60s to play Bill Russell and 4 white dudes. Well, obviously, the Warriors don't have that kind of post presence.
  9. Ok, I think this year's Sky team beats any of those Bulls championship teams.
  10. Completely different styles of basketball. Are we playing by today's rules or the 1990's rules? It doesn't matter.
  11. I was gonna say, Joe Johnson and Vince Carter are probably legit answers.
  12. I mean...the only players to make the NBA Finals out of the East the last 7 years happened to play with LBJ.
  13. I assume you mean besides Lackey.
  14. Wear that Prior jersey with pride.
  15. As an exact quote yeah, but I wouldn't be surprised by a professional athlete blaming their spouse when they're caught cheating(or worse). Blargh.
  16. I'd edited to ask why we wouldn't use our pitcher who can actually hit.
  17. So nobody else is angry about the classic Dusty move of letting the starter hit only to have a reliever start the next inning? You don't want to burn your last position player with 1 out and nobody on, maybe bat a pitcher who can actually hit somewhat?
  18. What's this now?
  19. Best of my knowledge the seat size is the same throughout. Vivid is fine.
  20. the cubs problems being all due to the "failed experiment" of batting schwarber leadoff is all the rage all over chicago sports media today i switched between 670 and 1000 and they were both talking about how they'd drop him/bench him at the same time. I'm convinced those are the only 2 stations your car gets.
  21. I was punished for having hope when I thought Irving was hurt.
  22. I'm guessing you feel a bit better now? I mean that game was a hell of a lot of fun, but Takes a lot to wash the taste of Friday out of my mouth
