  1. 64/32 round locations Rose Garden, Portland, Oregon (Host: University of Oregon) The Pit, Albuquerque, New Mexico (Host: University of New Mexico) Consol Energy Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Host: Duquesne University) KFC Yum! Center, Louisville, Kentucky (Host: University of Louisville) Nationwide Arena, Columbus, Ohio (Host: Ohio State University) CenturyLink Center Omaha, Omaha, Nebraska (Host: Creighton University) Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, Tennessee (Host: Ohio Valley Conference) Greensboro Coliseum, Greensboro, North Carolina (Host: Atlantic Coast Conference) UK - Louisville Cuse - Pittsburgh KU - Omaha UNC - Greensboro OSU - Pittsburgh (Cannot play at host arena) Duke - Greensboro MSU - Columbus Mizzou - Kind of in no-man's land (Omaha 5+ hrs, Louisville, 6+, Nashville 7+) I'd say put them in whichever of the 3 works out best after looking at at least the 3 seeds. If none of those have an obvious fit to Omaha, stick Mizzou there?)
  2. Sweet 16/Elite 8 Locations: Boston, MA Atlanta, GA Phoenix, AZ St. Louis, MO 1 seeds seem pretty easy. UK - ATL Cuse - BOS KU - STL UNC - PHX The issue with the 2 seeds, is ordinarily you'd like to put Mizzou in STL, but you'd be giving the 2 seed the homecourt advantage over the 1, you'd have the top 2 Big XII teams in the same bracket, you'd be matching up the 3 and 8 seeds. So personally I'd prefer to send them straight in order. 5. Ohio State (Big Ten) - PHX 6. Duke - STL 7. Michigan State - BOS 8. Missouri - ATL Maybe we could swap Duke and MSU's locations? (Distance from Duke is about equal, MSU gains 5 hours by playing in STL rather than BOS.
  3. Top of my head, Washington is missing from one of those lists.
  4. Those bottom 16 didn't have to be in order did they?
  5. It was the lead/secondary lead to Championship week on Sportscenter depending on what edition you watched.
  6. Colorado/Utah is mocking me for daring to use the word horrendous on USF/Nova
  7. I'm talking about Richmond's presence off the court the entire season.
  8. I wasn't talking about Richmond's on-court performance.
  9. Seriously, horrendous.
  10. About their fake plan to move to Las Vegas, and how the casinos would buy all the tickets(huh??)
  11. THEIR ENTIRE [expletive] PARK WAS BUILT BECAUSE OF A CROOKED [expletive] GOVERNMENT THAT WAS IN THEIR BACK [expletive] POCKET AND THIS PIECE OF [expletive] HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY HOW AWFUL THE GOVERNMENT IS. I hope he steps on a flaming landmine.
  12. Ya know, the first 47:45 matters too guys.
  13. There is way more to it than that. While I agree that he struggles with great athletes he also sucks as a talent identifier. See giving Bill Cole a scholarship over Robbie Hummel. See Chester Frazier over Jerel McNeal. He also struggles big time with putting together a roster. You have one of the best big man in the game that can run, jump, and has a great motor. You surround him with a bunch of wings that can't shoot particularly well. So you have to run and play uptempo then right? Nope. He's gonna play a slow grind it out offense using the big man on the perimeter. Then there is his blind loyalty to older players. There was literally no one in America that thought that Bill Cole should have played over Jereme Richmond last year. There is no reason Sammy Ice is playing minutes that Mychael Henry should be using this year. We aren't talented enough to sabotage ourselves by playing less talented kids. If you wanna do that go coach high school basketball somewhere. Bruce Weber is out of his depth at a high major program. He needs to get back to a smaller school where he can do things his way, make a tournament twice a decade, and have his fan base be happy. You know I want Weber as far away from the program as possible, but there was a whole lot of wrong in that post. There's no reason to be hyperbolic anymore. He's gone, the right decision has been made. Ok Chester over McNeal is wrong. What else do you find wrong? After seeing what became of Jereme from the second the BTT game ended against Michigan, I don't know how you could criticize him for not playing him more. There were...issues there. Maniscalco wasn't stealing Henry's minutes, he was stealing Abrams's minutes. Weber made the NCAAs his last 2 seasons at SIU, building up a stagnant program which then went to 4 more tourneys after he left until Lowery torpedoed it. If he goes back to SIU, I imagine he'll have them as a regular contender in the MVC. You can point to Hummel-Cole, but on the other end you have Mike Davis and his skill at identifying talent at a young age(a necessity because he couldn't win recruiting battles that he wasn't in on forever.) Leonard, Abrams, Egwu, Henry, Hill, and to a lesser extent Bertrand and Paul were closed in on prior to their stock improving. ETA: Saying "putting the big man on the perimeter is misleading, implying that he's got him out there to shoot 18 footers. He's running high screen and rolls, but the guards never EVER look for him(Something that's on Weber at least in part)
  14. Montana is a decent team. Any chance Weber State gets in as an at large? None.

  16. Who can? Well Bruce owns us. I say you stick with him. Oh I won't be sticking with Bruce regardless. If Mike Thomas keeps him, I'll pick another home state school to cheer for. I'm assuming Shaka will do fine against you though. Was checking out the Illini Scout board and found many of them to be under the impression that landing Jabari Parker is somehow contingent upon Bruce sticking around. Bruce couldn't recruit a fish to water yet he'll get Parker to Campaign? There's no way a Shaka Smart will make the slightest impression? It was based on an ESPN article. If Illinois had the season they should've this year. (Say 5 seed or so), I believe he was Champaign bound. And Weber recruited (or oversaw the recruiting) of quite a lot of fish to water over the past 3 years. Recruiting hasn't been the problem in years.
  17. PERHAPS YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT ALABAMA'S AD BUDGET
  18. It's Peter Gammons, he's probably just catching up on January news now. I think he's finally accepted that Theo is not on the Red Sox anymore and lifted his embargo on Cubs news. He literally just found out.
  19. I don't know, i think they're aiming too high here with those group sizes.
  20. An extra year of team control matters no matter who you are. ETA: And I really like Brett Jackson, but he has 220 PAs at AAA. He's far from a guaranteed producer at the big league level in a month. No sense in rushing him because there's an opening.
  21. If he's so smart, why is he so old?
  22. That doesn't stop him from being put back on it. Mateo should really start on the 60 day DL, Lendy Castillo could be returned and there are still some DFA candidates.
