  1. So it was a gang of people duping him? What a load of [expletive] [expletive]. MAYBE if there was seemingly some kind of effort to blackmail him or something, but instead we're supposed to just believe it was an epic prank multiple people were in on...and it was a prank they only did for their own benefit and they didn't reveal it to anyone at all? Even the smartest, funniest, most dick-headed secret Internet community couldn't pull off this con, and I know we're not all unfamiliar with a community like that. Even IF I were able to accept all of the unbelievable facts that would contribute to Te'o being a victim, I don't think even the best trolls could pull this off. Like seriously, no one complicit sees all the coverage of his dead girl and has even the modicum of humanity it would take to create a fake gmail account to tell him he should probs ease up on the tasteless pimping of his dead GF en route to a doomed heisman run? No one has even a shred of a conscience in the group. Not his bud? Not the fake girl stand in? Not anyone they told? Turn it around, Teo' doesn't have a shred of consciousness to tone back the girlfriend he made up and killed for publicity well after nobody cared about the story?
  2. Teo' didn't say anything about his girlfriend. He responded to a question that mentioned her and didn't really touch that part of it. he never touched any part of it, that's for sure Her soul?

  4. Seems like the most logical possibility here. What, NDers having sinister plans about women? NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLED IT. Think how much more difficult it would be for him to claim consensual sex on a rape with the fake girlfriend lying around.
  5. I mean doesn't the idea of a mormon from Hawaii who went to Notre Dame was a social weirdo and made a big deal about an online girlfriend make a lot more sense than he had a sinister plan to invent a girlfriend then kill her to gain attention? ?>
  6. How do you release a statement of shrugging your shoulders and tugging at your collar?
  7. At least I have a full 6 days to come up with a Teo-related trivia team name.
  8. Some people think that price actually meant 8 million annual (obviously too much). Heyman's tweets aren't clear. While true, he's been worth 7.7 WAR over the past 6 seasons. If you take away 10 and 11, its 7.3 over 4. At 2.0 last year, I could see 2/16 being his price. Not a bargain, by any stretch, but I wouldn't be pissed either. Why would you take away 2 of his 3 most recent seasons?
  9. Who are you to argue with Bo Ryan's national titles?
  10. And against Minnesota he made Tubby wait around like an [expletive] while he probably did something annoying. He's just the worst. ETA: Saw this on an Illinois board and can't stop watching it.
  11. Ryan went 4-3 against Crean while Crean was at Marquette. Counting last year's sweep -- neither of which was in Bloomington -- he's 6-3 against Crean (which, I suppose, is close to "owning" depending on one's definition). Counting games against Crean's first three awful IU teams that everyone owned is entirely specious for this purpose. Ed DeChellis owns Tom Crean. It's not a coincidence that IU doesn't schedule Navy in their noncon

  13. How does this affect his impending trade to the Bulls?
  14. You should be disappointed by this news. Of course I am, but it was as inevitable as Lane Kiffen's firing will be in 11 months. I suspect Jamie Dixon will be USC's next head coach. Why would Dixon want this job? I mean I'd be all for it but I don't see what pulls him here. http://www.talkfestool.com/vb/members/joraft-albums-my-photos-picture2686-brinks-truck1.jpg
  15. Did you end up passing altogether? I got a nights and weekend bleacher package last week.
  16. Yeah, that's the Bulls' problem, they haven't been lucky enough in the draft.
  17. They're probably right.
  18. I'm incredibly jealous, and pretty pissed at myself.
  19. Yeah, Crean thinks everyone is wonderful. Uses a lot of "coach-speak" talk. Ignore him. Hulls reminds him of Dwyane Wade
  20. Jinx factor in full effect tomorrow. And how.
  21. No one gets in trouble for recruiting anymore. I would do it. I'm tired of being crap. I'm sure you guys would still find a way to make Kelvin Sampson jokes and worry about IUs scholarship situation. :hello: Oh hadn't seen you since you started [expletive] your pants about Indiana blowing that 98 point lead vs Minnesota.
  22. 2-18, [expletive] ridiculous
  23. Stricker you [expletive] coward
  24. Crean is such an [expletive]
  25. Jordan Hulls looks like the kinda guy that still wet the bed until he was 11 years old.
