"Hey Billy, I know you were recruited to play at this university by another coach, but you should transfer so I can get my own future recruits in." "Hey Johnny, I know you were recruited to play at this university by me, but you should transfer so I can get my own current recruits in." Man, I bet Billy is glad he didn't end up like that sucker Johnny. Billy's coach didn't have his hands down his pants at the time.

    And two players are already (well, in about an hour and a half, technically) off to the NBA as early-entries (as they always were going to be). It would have been foolish for any coach not to prepare for that inevitability. That means IU is currently over-signed by one (which is the number the Big Ten allows for). Normal transfer attrition rate for Division One programs is, approximately, one. According to you, draftexpress had him as the 21st pick in the 2nd round shortly after you signed your 16th player.

    Indiana had 16 guys on scholarship for next year when the season started.

    She's an Auburn grad who has held ill feelings for the university for many years, and historically, she has tried to make a living off scandal. Here is a critique of some of her work on the lacrosse scandal (http://newsbusters.org/node/11644). I've become desensitized to accusations, so unless there is some proof or unless Charles Robinson chimes in on this, I'm not putting much thought into it. I'm sure the story is getting many clicks, so I guess job well done for her. Several of the Auburn players she indicates provided information for her are disputing her article and credibility. I'm sure there are some truths to the story (spice use among them, Chizik being a dumbass), but as I've done with the numerous other stories over the past few years, I'll wait and see what happens. Oh man no way. You should be supporting your SEC brethren

    I don't care if we're 10 games OVER .500, if we're 7 out of the last playoff spot, we better be selling. You think there are going to be 4 teams(assuming one of the other division leaders isn't ahead of both wild cards) 24 games over 500 on July 31st? The point is if you're 7 out, you sell. Record be damned. What if we're 2 out and under 500?
