  1. I'm guessing by his posts, it is more likely he is from Cubs.com board. Nah, I know he posts here.
  2. Aerosmith, if you're in here please stop trolling the Brewer board, it's obnoxious and makes for awful karma.
  3. At what point does the NL Central start to get respect? Sure they haven't sent the wildcard team in the last two years, but the last two NLCS champs were from the Central. I'm sure there aren't too many teams that are going to laugh off a best of 5 or 7 game series against the Cubs or the Brewers. Last 3 NL champs. I don't quite see how your response follows the part you bolded. My post had nothing to do with the strength of the Central. But the Central does regularly have 2 horrendous teams, and there's usually a 3rd that's not far off.
  4. I know it was mentioned already, but let's not paint with broad brushes. You can see in the game threads over there that multiple people have talked about this board in a favorable light, and the majority of the posters over there shoot down the lucky/undeserving nonsense.
  5. Illinois's loss to Mizzou is going to haunt my dreams for the rest of the year.
  6. You're not understanding the methodology. Hypothetically speaking the Brewers won a game that was considered a near lock for a loss and was dragging down their chances of winning, we won a game we were considered a near lock for a win and was boosting our probability. We did our part, but the Brewers won a game they were considered a loss in thus their numbers improve. And now 0-7/3-5/4-4 1-6/4-4/5-3 2-5/5-3/6-2 3-4/6-2/7-1 4-3/7-1/8-0 5-2/8-0/X 6-1/X/X 7-0/X/X
  7. It was a walk-off single, not a walkoff homer. And it was 4-3 :)
  8. When Thorman hit his HR in the 9th, and then again when Weeks botched the DP.
  9. Somebody nailed it earlier, that smirk by Yost would really really piss me off as a Brewers fan.
  10. Hmmm wonder if that's why you don't intentionally walk a guy.
  11. Coco Cordero = BK Kim = Hojo Johnson. You can't keep the last name if the the beginning of it is part of the nickname. Nobody calls him JD Dorian.
  12. I just said Scott Thorman was the worst hitter on the Braves. THNX SCOT!!!
  13. Now, I really hate the Braves. Douchebags.
  14. Cox goes to the closer in the 9th in a tie game if just to show up Yost.
  15. That was bogus. Ned Yost is trying to lose and the Braves won't let him. Jerks.
  16. Ray King vs. Chipper hitting righty Let stats win plz.
  17. Ray King vs. Renteria Let stats win plz.
  18. Cubs go/Brewers Need to Tie/Win 0-7 3-6/4-5 1-6 4-5/5-4 2-5 5-4/6-3 3-4 6-3/7-2 4-3 7-2/8-1 5-2 8-1/9-0 6-1 9-0/X 7-0 X/X
  19. exactly. if dude was in new york or boston or even st louis, the major networks wouldn't shut up about him. I don't think it has anything to do with the city he plays in. He has a negative stigma around him because of his early career in Pittsburgh, and the stupid people in baseball(most analysts) won't let go of it.
