And on the topic of DePaul, Carmody absolutely needs to pounce on Chicago while he has the chance. DePaul doesn't have much hope for the future, but they're not gonna go 0-18 every year, and Wainwright really isn't that bad of a recruiter. But when you've got an 0-18 ugly ugly season, it's not gonna be easy. Northwestern needs to put itself out there as THE Chicago program. Sell them on the idea of playing in their hometown and not having to take a 40 minute bus ride for it. If UIC and Loyola have their ish together, DePaul could sink even further. The problem is if they're not gonna fire Wainwright, there's not much they can do. They need some new, young, energy in there. Robinson should be A#1, but there are others out there that can do a hell of a lot better. I know there's a financial crunch, but there's gotta be some rich alum who wants him out that can help them out. They're never going to get out of the cellar with Wainwright there. It's too bad, he's supposedly a hell of a nice guy, and does things the right way, but it just hasn't worked out.
