    Sure. First off I never said, or even insinuated that Lou, or Dusty, or any other manager never made a mistake. I simply said that the notion that anyone on this, or any other message board, or any drunk at the end of any bar, can regularly make better decisions than a professional MLB manager is pretty far fetched. Dusty Baker is a strategical buffoon. I'd take half the board over him. The fact that somebody has reached the pinnacle of his field does not mean the person is qualified for it. But back in the day I thought Neifi was the 2nd coming of Christ, so I guess it's not fair. (Thought this was the thread where we made stuff up)

    Take out Marmol and what is the ERA? 7.00? marmol's not on the team anymore????? How many innings do you think Marmol is going to throw? Missing the point entirely. Can anybody tell me how many HRs we have when you take away Soriano? I mean, it's not like the guy is going to get half the ABs this year.
