  1. What? That was an easy catch for Theriot. He didn't stretch at all. He whiffed, it was entirely his fault.
  2. I've been trying to find a way to get the word "murdered" inserted below there for the better part of the last 2 hours. Why not just put "bandwagoner" in the sig? Try and keep up.
  3. Is this sig the compromise that's miserable for all parties?
  4. I've been trying to find a way to get the word "murdered" inserted below there for the better part of the last 2 hours.
  5. The limit on sig characters is really killing me. I had a nice Pitino inspired "Michael Jordan isn't walking through that door" rant from Vinny but it was way over. Celtics: 108 Bulls: 92
  6. The public demands Stacey King's insight.
  7. Blood = flagrant. Except at the end of game 5, of course. Or the middle of game 6.
  8. I'm not here to talk about the past. The past being years 1989-2001
  9. I want to see his ugliness broken down numerically.
  10. http://d.yimg.com/a/p/sp/getty/7b/fullj.1dc4b4656012a497e1a1c9b6c669d998/1dc4b4656012a497e1a1c9b6c669d998-getty-86012980jg007_bulls_celtics.jpg http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/436/poorkg1.jpg http://www.derok.net/images/sports/kevin%20garnett%20championship.jpg And you all supported it!! ALL OF YOU!!!
  11. Rose timed it perfectly, and Rondo didn't get much of a jump. It was a poorly designed play(Vinny-esque) by the Celtics, and a great defensive play by Rose.
  12. The Bulls don't play defense?
  13. Bill James also considers Allen the exception to the rule regarding clubhouse chemistry, that Allen's miserable [expletive]-titude actually made his teammates worse.
  14. There's a pretty fine line between an intentional trip, and a late getting to the spot trip. I put it on the same level as whoever busted up Pierce last night. It only got attention becasue Hinrich was cut open.
  15. I really don't think Hinrich tripping over Rondo can be placed in the same category as the foul on Miller which I really don't think can be placed in the same category as the Hinrich toss. Hinrich tripped over Rondo's foot, I don't think there's any way to prove any sort of intent there. then Rondo went to foul a guy going for a layup to prevent him from scoring, and winds up smacking him in the face then Rondo gets tangled up with Hinrich, and loses his temper tossing Hinrich into the table. Any one of these on their own is a non-story, the problem is the escalation of events.
  16. I'd like to see another angle to see the ref's angle on the play to see how Hinrich's arm got in there in the first place. I know nobody wants to consider this, but it's possible Kirk locked his arm with Rondo first to stop him from getting around the box out to the 3 point line.
  17. I knew guys in high school that roided for football. They weren't even good players, just idiots. So yeah, it's quite possible that he juiced in HS, but as is usually the case in these accusations, the evidence is flimsy to nonexistent.
  18. He threw Eyre under the bus cause he walked people and was fat. He didn't care that Howry pitched batting practice as long as he didn't dare walk people. Saying he won just 1 pennant without adding that it was a seriously outmatched Reds team is a little disingenuous. He certainly underachieved in the postseason with the Mariners though. YMMV on how responsible he(or anyone in particular is for that)
  19. How about the 4 100 win teams LaRussa had with no championships to come from them?
