I want Jansen and Chapman. A fifth starter is not needed in the playoffs and having two guys that can shorten the game has proven to be worth a lot, especially in the 5 game series.

The Cubs are Goliath. They won 103 games, are the best team in baseball and were rightfully favored in the series. They aren't doing anything wrong, it is all in your head. If they didn't mention 108 years and everything else I wouldn't have said anything about it. I realize the Cubs are the best team over the season. I hate most announcers so maybe it is just my problem.

I meant they're portaying the Cubs as the Goliath, which seems silly to me when they fall back on all the curse nonsense. I loathe Joe Buck and when he's the better part of the broadcast it's hard to listen to. I usually watch on delay, but I keep getting texts during the game so I've been watching live and it's a real adjustment to actually listen to the play by play when it's not Len and JD

Even the pregame is painting them as the unlikely, gritty team to take down the powerhouse Cubs, as though they're the however many time champion Yankees defending their title. Just getting old I guess
