    Sullinger was not invited to attend the draft in person. Apparently that's after the teams were polled and he won't be in the Top 15, or possibly even the first round.

    I read somewhere that he made a pretty significant change to his batting stance. He's absolutely mashing now and still getting great pitches to hit with Bautista and Encarnacion right behind him.

    It's pretty much the lineup we'll see when Rizzo gets up here. Just replace Soriano with Campana. And Clevenger with Rizzo \:D/

    LaHair is in a slump, we should probably just waive him.

    LaHair is slugging 167 points higher in June than Barney and 159 points higher YTD. OPSs' are 1.029 compared to .781 YTD against righties. Give LaHair the chance to add to his stats if you're trying to sell him (like they probably are) because Barney is someone I assume we'll hold onto. Anyway, I think the best decision to win the game and to increase LaHair's value was to let LaHair bat. You say unremarkable, I say bad. I know I'm nitpicking, either way, my point is that I hope he's gone when we start competing.
