Awesome job signing Brown, Kiper had him ranked as the 54th best player in the entire draft lol. No idea what happened. Hope he gets a fair chance to make the 53-man though.

What a joke of a draft. Jeffery is the only pick I even moderately like.

Man what happened to James Brown? Projected rounds 3-5. Plays mostly guard but can play tackle. If he's still there in 6 picks we should really try to save some face and pick him up.

Interesting. Not sure I buy that opinion, but oh well. I'm not going to lose sleep over the pick. I think he'll do fine. I'd give our draft a C+ or B- right now. The Jeffery pick is an A or A- for me. Also, kinda bugs me how it's Jeffery and not Jeffrey.

Maybe in 20 minutes you'll feel differently again... Initial Hardin reaction: 20 minutes later: yea, I over-reacted when I didnt recognize the name. You got me. also, why did you leave out my other post? It's a pretty bad FS class, as you can see with Hardin being projected Rounds 3-4 despite being ranked 2nd. You can also find draft boards who think of McClellin as an easy 1st rounder. This same source has him projected as such. Do you have anything to backup your "5th round talent" claim? Even if Hardin's not a reach, it's quite hard to get excited about a special teamer in Round 3, especially with OL still being a rather glaring need.

Hardin was more of a reach than McClellin or Jeffery, but not a horrible pick or anything. Emery seems to buy into the same crap Angelo did with our OL. He better address it in the 4th. Pretty excited about Jeffery actually. After his Pro Day there were rumors he could sneak into the 1st. Apparently ran a 4.38 his first 40 attempt and is now down to 213, which makes him leaner than Floyd or Hill, two guys with a similar height. If he keeps the weight off this should be an awesome pick.
