    I remember in the preseason how some meatheads were freaking out over McCown being the only other QB on the roster. Those same meatheads are now calling for him as permanent starter.

    Weather.com now says only a 15% chance of rain until 4 pm. Still windy as [expletive] though, 27 mph. Edit: Nvm, changed back to rain.

    What's going to happen tomorrow guys? If it comes down to the run game with the expected wind it's hard to say who has the edge. Ravens have been awful on the ground this year (2.8 ypc) but have one of the best run defenses in the NFL (only 1 rush TD allowed), while our run D needs no explanation. With Carolina and SF each having tough games this week, a win could go a long ways toward the WC.

    Hearing 4-6 weeks now for Cutler due to a high ankle sprain. Tillman going to IR is a bigger problem. This damn season is over. Like someone else said, it has 8-8 and the 16th-18th draft pick written all over it. It's amazing how things went from hopeless, to hopeful after the GB game, then back to even more hopeless than before after this game. McCown will be serviceable, but won't keep going at the pace he's gone thus far. Even if he did, the now Tillman-less defense will negate most of it.

    Yeah, Cutler. Pick 2: Jason Witten @ NO Martellus Bennett vs DET Stevie Johnson @ PIT I was going to roll with the two TEs, but Manuel being back plus Robert Woods being out is making me reconsider.

    I'm having a hard time figuring out how we can stop this offense. Crappy turf and decent winds are the only things I'm clinging to.

    That's horrible. The only defense the guy acquiring Boldin could have is that Marshall doesn't have his QB (for now), but as we saw Monday it hasn't affected his production yet. So yeah, that sounds pretty shady.

    I won't let myself root for a serious Rodgers injury. Never works out well. I'm sure thousands of Packers fans rejoiced when Cutler went down. Oops.

    Probably a stupid question that I already know the answer to, but for those who play through ESPN, do you know if there is any way for a custom league commissioner to process a trade accepted after the Thursday game but before the Sunday games? A buddy and I agreed on a trade, but because of the Bengals/Dolphins game already past, it says our trade won't be processed until Tuesday, despite it not involving any players from Cincinnati or Miami. :roll:
