I'm sure I'm wrong, but I sort of feel Duker knows this team is dying and isn't winning the division, too.

Well I'd rather lose to the Rockies than the Cardinals so... You'd also rather be a Wild Card team than the Division winner based on you cheering for the Brewers right now, so horsefeathers your opinion and horsefeathers the Bulls.

The Cubs are a broken down, dying, tired team just trying to hang on. The other team is healthy, has gotten each Thursday off this month and are playing good ball. Probably more excited, too.

It's not nerve wracking if you accepted the Brewers were winning the division by now.

How many shoulder injuries linger like this that don't at least need some sort of cleanup surgery? The fact that it's never really gotten better despite two DL stints, including one that lasted a month, makes me feel like it's a bit worse than just needing some rest. Is three months really going to get it healthy? I ask these as questions, as I don't know the answers.

3 runs so far this inning. Murphy hit one the LF should have caught- scored 1, put 2 in scoring position. Zobrist hit one up the middle to score 2. OK. OK. I like. I like.

Hopefully, the Cardinals Triple A lineup is way worse than the D-Backs and White Sox ones.

horsefeathers the Brewers, and horsefeathers the Cubs for being so shitty against Triple A lineups the past two games and for being shitty on offense and not taking total control of the division in the final 10 games but instead allowing 10 horsefeathering runs to the White Sox without Jose Abreau.

I'm going back to not watching the games. Since they blow more often than they don't, then I don't have to see them blowing, and when they do well, it's just as fun to come on here and read about it.

Yeah, my interest in what they do the rest of this season pretty much nosedived into the ground. It's an interesting take and one I can understand. That said, we all knew or were pretty confident that Addison was an abuser and a shitty guy and most of us didn't like him, so not much has changed on that front for me to feel any differently about the team today as opposed to two days ago. But I do understand Joe's reaction, etc., makes the interest/care go down or become nonexistent.

I hope it ends with a title, but I'm ready for the season to be over. Now that we are good and we can expect good seasons, this has been my least favorite of the new era and I'm not having that much fun.

Do I think it's odd Heyward and Vic are before Schwarber, even though he hasn't played in 13 days? Yeah, I do.
