Which one of you was already prepared for Maples being put in high leverage situations?

So this game just has bad vibes and blah to it. In this situation as a fan do you still feel like we got this or are you a ninny like me and start to mentally accept that we aren't winning today? I assume I'm one of the few ninnies.

eh, yeah, but they've all been minor (to major players) relatively...we've been lucky in that regard. seems like many times we've had scares and the diagnosis has been better than expected. we'll see with this one. other teams have had their share...nats lost eaton for the year, turner for a long time, pitchers have had issues on and off. dodgers have had a ton of issues with their rotation (cue TT), including losing the best pitcher in the game for several weeks. OK. Good points. I was just thinking Hendricks, Lester, maybe Arrieta, Willson, Addy, Heyward all DL and then minor ones to KB and Javy. But that probably is normal, and I noticed more since most have hit since August. ETA: and Zobrist also was gone to the DL

nah, good send. he was a third of the way down the line when Marte fielded it Agreed. It's more on Zobrist. Plus with the pitcher up next (even a good hitting one) I don't have a problem. Zobrist was just so slow.

Javy is just going to have to play with a concussion.

If for some reason it's decided Javy will be out awhile, I hope they consider trading for somebody even if he's not eligible for the postseason.
