  1. Get him in here, come one. That's a big insurance run
  2. I can only imagine how big of a hack Javy is going to take here
  3. I'm fine bringing him back out for one more here, just have someone warming up
  4. We're only like 2-3 weeks away from when he rids himself of Mike Olt's eyesight for the year
  5. Where the hell was that 2nd pitch to Carpenter
  6. OMG a Heyward Grand Dong here would be special
  7. Remember when we use to hit the pitcher 8th then just stopped? Zigging while others are zagging
  8. Probably one of those rare instances where LD% validates a BABIP that low Jk I really have no feel for how hard Rizzos been hitting the ball lately outside of that pop up just now The eye test tells me he has hit nearly nothing hard for a good week
  9. Make up dongs are one of the best forms of dong, don't let us down Georgie
  10. Nice inning by Hammel, looks like first half Hammel is here
  11. Georgie will make up for it this inning
  12. you got the guy wrong but the handedness right (er....) No, I meant Martinez tomorrow, if he's a potentially good matchup for Ross, then that makes sense Lefties fare much better vs Martinez than righties so they must have liked something tonight about Montero vs Garcia or having Montero catch Hammel or Ross catch Hendricks. Because it's not any perceived offensive advantage Ross may have tomorrow as he's garbage vs RHP and velocity.
  13. Costas has no time for your 3, true outcome teams
  14. For all the added graphics and things they put on their broadcast I'm surprised MLBN doesn't have a strike zone/pitch tracking graphic somewhere. Even if it only pops in and out occasionally.
  15. Damn, at least he had to throw ~20 pitches that inning and we mostly kept hitting the ball hard
  16. it makes him look less twitchy and weird as the pitch is being delivered still wish he'd kick his leg Yeah he seems to have a "quieted down" stance/swing when he does it, hopefully it turns into something. Maybe it could be a part of a process of adding in a leg kick and they just don't want him going all in on it to begin with and go with small, progressive changes.
  17. Heyward was doing the toe tap/load thing that North pointed last night again in that AB.
  18. Looks like there's some chance for rain tonight and tomorrow, hopefully we can get both games in with minimal delays
