Wouldn’t mind adding Norris, he can help in the pen or rotation this year and is controlled next year to fill a rotation spot. Plus if the Rays are in on him and endorse him that tells me he’s a solid candidate.

Q looked really solid. Can tell he was running out of gas at the end, but even if he can just go 2-4 innings/~55 pitches that’s a useful thing for the team.

Yup, have to think he's probably done for the year. Definitely as a starter at least. That makes the starter/reliever decision about Q, and I'd think Alzolay stays up for good now. Let him be a long guy following Q til he's built up and then Mills afterwards. Yeah, I also wonder if it affects any trade targets/plans for us. May need to go find a guy who can start vs more a pure reliever. Daniel Norris makes sense, Anibal Sanchez is probably available for nothing and was a 2.5 win pitcher last year.
