    60 Minutes did a thing on the automated strike zone a few months ago and they talked with some recently retired ump (I think, or older current ump) and he basically said umps throw away their game report card after the games that show the calls they missed using Pitch Fx data without even looking at it. If you google 60 min strike zone automation I'm sure you can find the clip.

    I was just looking, because I still don't think the Astros are all that great, it appears the Astros have only played 13 games vs winning teams so far this year. They have to have one of the easiest schedules so far, no?

    I still think either Russell's shoulder is bothering him a bit, or it's fine now but when it was bothering him he had to tweak his mechanics/stance (either consciously or sub-consciously) to accommodate it and it's had a residual effect now to where he's healthy but all out of whack from the adjustment still. He doesn't look right up there.

    GOD NO on the first 1. If you get Cease out of that package for Gray, I would be alright with that one. I'd do that Gray package all day assuming they feel good about his health. Cease is a ticking time bomb, get rid of him before he blows.

    Yeah idk if there is an answer but running with them isn't. I do wonder though that they realize the Warriors defense is really good, especially in the half court and the Cavs defense is awful no matter what it doesn't really matter. They will lose by 10-15+ no matter what. Whether it's 120-100 or 105-90. The warriors are getting easy shots on them all over the place it's just not fast breaks it's also in half court sets.

    I'm not sure Heyward isn't a genius right there. He may have did that to make sure Rizzo scored. Baited everyone. Fowler's arm sucks and there were 2 outs, so Rizzo was already heading home by the time Fowler got to it. I don't think there's anyway he's throwing out Rizzo at home there.

    Yup and also should've PH Willson for Montero vs the LHP last inning and who knows how that inning turns out. Molina certainly doesn't steal 2B and there might not be a passed ball
