I have a rules question... Something I never thought about before. What is the ruling if it is an infield fly situation, but the ball drops in fair territory before 1B or 3B and then roles foul? The call umpires make is “infield fly, if fair.” When it lands it is fair, but then it goes foul. So if it wasn’t an infield fly situation the result would be a foul ball.

I agree, but I feel it has been across the board this year. And it seems our opponents have had even more trouble at Wrigley than the Cubs have.

I really have no idea how so many replays are going to get called because there is no consistency to the amount of evidence that is required to overturn a call.

I had a meltdown Thursday night and it pissed the wife off. Probably the best thing that could happen because I haven’t been watching since. Only popping in here and there. It’s getting laughable at this point.
