    The Cubs have not been no hit since September 9, 1965 at Dodger Stadium. I listened to that game on the radio. Thanks Murt. The streak lives!!!

    It's amazing. He almost threw a no hitter against the Cubs when he played for the Phillies. He held them practically hitless his last against the Cubs and now he is on that track today. I don't even think he flirted with a no hitter against another team. Obviously it has something to do with the Cubs lineup. :P

    It's past struggling to flat out sucking! What happened to this guy? You would think he would at least try to take some pitches and get a walk. Terrible Everyone knows walks are overrated. :twisted:

    Marmol: Rookie. Pitcher. Making first major league start. Not facing the Cubs lineup. I don't feel good about this.

    Dusty has liked to give some players a day off before an off day in the past ... sort of a mini-vacation to REALLY rest them up. Especially if someone is already a little sore or creaky. Mabry was absolutely brutal in his one or two appearances at 3B in spring training. That may be playing into Neifi being Replacement Option 1 at 3B. I think Dusty is just conceding today seeing as how we've won the last two. I really believe he thinks 2 out of 4 is okay at Cincy. I really dislike him more everyday. I didn't think it could get worse.

    Point taken about the coaches but...Patterson is having a good season by Corey Patterson standards but he isn't have that great of a season other than SBs. To think Pie will never match the year Patterson is having...is depressing. I don't think it's asking too much for a teams top position prospect to have a better year than what Patterson is having.
