    Grab a QB #1 overall and after 3 games OC is afraid to use him for anything but screens. Absolutely baffling.

    I wouldn't, which is why I hate the Ricketts and haven't been to Wrigley for the better part of a decade despite only living an hour away.

    The gross part is they take your money, donate it acting like it's some big act of charity and then take the tax deduction on your donated money. I know lots places do this like high school sports events, but one is a billion dollar company and the other is not.

    I have zero expectations for Illinois tomorrow, but if they do pull it off I will be incredibly hyped.

    C is pretty much where I'm at. I didn't have particularly high hopes for them. 78-86 was kind of the range I was thinking. The emergence of PCA and Busch was nice. Seeing that Shota is more #2/#3 then #4/#5 was nice. None of the veterans really exploded, they just kind of were who they have been. It took way way too long to get the pen straightened out and with Kyle looking done, at least one arm is going to need to get added to the rotation. Just no star power on the team. It's a team full of solid players. I'm honestly not sure what would need to be done to transform this team into a 95 win powerhouse that's even remotely realistic.

    Dana White being an absolute shitbag turned me off on MMA and what not. With that said, and even though I know it's more sideshow than real fight, god I hope old man Tyson lays out Logan Paul.

    Jordan is the one man keeping him from being in the pantheon of worst sports owners in American history. I'd say worst, but there's racist scum bags like Marge Schott out there whose impact went beyond simple inability to put a competitive team on the field.

    If it was a month ago, at least he'd have a chance to catch on somewhere else. No team is going to pick him up with a handful of games left just to give him 4 PAs.

    From what I've read, their investment into scouting/analytics is a decade plus behind just about everyone. Combine that with an owner whose largest contract ever given was $75M to Andrew Benintendi. They are the only team to never given out a $100+M contract. 2nd lowest is the Pirates $100M. The third lowest is the Cardinals $130M. So the third lowest team, has given out a contract nearly double the size of the largest the White Sox have ever given out.

    Yes, the results weren't ideal, but for the first time in an NFL game he showed us that he can be what we hope he can. I'm really hoping this is the confidence booster that Caleb really needed.
