Has there been anything on Twitter about why Will Johnson has absolutely plummeted? More than a few mocks had him top 10.
-
Starks was a guy I hoped to land at 39 or 41
-
They really did, but damn I would have loved to have Pearce. He was one of those guys I wanted the Bears in on if they traded back to 16 or 17.
-
Sigh
-
Damn, Sanders isn't even the #2 QB taken.
-
Well Golden is going to burn the Bears many times for huge plays.
-
If Pearce slides a bit more, I think I'm on board with going up to grab him.
-
This. We need to hope some team gents infatuated with a need to fill a QB and grabs Sanders in the top 9. If that happens, there will almost certainly be a very exciting player for the Bears to take at 10.
-
I just can't see Jeanty making it to the Bears unless they trade up and I'm not a big fan of that.

Minor League Discussion & Boxes, 4-23-25
Tryptamine replied to CaliforniaRaisin's topic in Cubs Minor League Talk
When the Cubs gave him an invite to spring training I got pretty hyped. They wouldn't do that immediately after the draft unless they were really high on him. -
Seeing Mason Graham drop to and past the Bears in a few mocks recently, no idea why that would happen, but I'd be super unhappy if he made it to the Bears and they passed.
-
Possible, I don't really browse Twitter, but when I saw multiple people run with it I figured there was some validity.
-
Internet running wild with the rumor the Bears have a deal with the Patriots to move up and get Jeanty for #10, #41 and a 2026 3rd
-
If last year's reports are accurate, he's apparently at least an average defender now.

Chicago Cubs, Kyle Tucker Potential Deal?
Tryptamine replied to Matthew Lenz's topic in Chicago Cubs Talk
Absolutely, but at least it means they put a real competitive offer on the table which means even if it's not Tucker, we can be optimistic that they're willing to put money out there for a star. Thus far they haven't shown they're willing to do that. -
Chicago Cubs, Kyle Tucker Potential Deal?
Tryptamine replied to Matthew Lenz's topic in Chicago Cubs Talk
They honestly need to put 500 on the table and just be done with it. -
Dodgers (TBD) vs Cubs (Boyd): 4/23/25, 6:00pm
Tryptamine replied to Brandon Glick's topic in Fred Hornkohl Game Thread Forum
God I'd love for them to take the season series against the Dodgers. -
Murakami 2022 and 2021, absolutely bust out the checkbook and pay him a lot, but that guy has been replaced by one with significant swing and miss issues.
-
I'm so disappointed that all the plate discipline gains that made Cowles an exciting piece to get in last year's trade have basically evaporated. I had myself convinced that he had to the potential to be a budget Ben Zobrist.
-
Who knows if the taking heads have any idea what they're talking about but the Bears are apparently absolutely in love with Jeanty and hoping that one of him, Warren or Membou are there. There was even talk that they were infatuated enough with Jeanty to move up for him which I would kind of hate.
-
Kyle Tucker #5 at 1.6 fWAR, PCA 6th with 1.5.
-
If mocks are to believed, it's very unlikely Jeanty is around at #10 and most don't have Warren making it either. Nfl.com- Kelvin Banks CBS- Kelvin Banks PFF- Armand Membou SI- Kelvin Banks Yahoo- Kelvin Banks Walter Football- Tyler Warren Tankathon- Tyler Warren I'd be so underwhelmed by Banks. If none of Jeanty, Warren or Membou are there then just trade back.
-
Maybe Chicago owners should put a product out there that isn't ass
-
I was referring to the ball he whiffed on that rolled all the way to the wall.
-
Seems unfortunate timing after yesterday
