  1. Firing him is the best option but if they don't, they better extend him. Johnson or any other decent candidate isn't going to be too intrigued by a lame duck GM
  2. Who are your picks for the Super Bowl? I am going with Lions over Ravens
  3. That would be a good road game to see but I am sure prices will be too high for me. That or the NFL will schedule it on Christmas
  4. Daboll retained by Giants. Slightly surprised
  5. They use a formula that is known years in advance who the schedule is against. Only 3 games each year are undetermined until the previous season is complete Raiders,49ers, Saints are the 4th place teams that got plugged in.
  6. Darnold turned into pre 2024 Darnold. Should have scored tds on 2 red zone possessions early in game
  7. 10-1 he is fired
  8. He makes so much sense for NE and Kraft
  9. He pulled a Lovie and ruined having the #1 pick
  10. Disagree here, Eberflus was holding a press conference talking about the next game in San Fransico while Poles/Warren were trying to convince Ginny and George it was time for him to go. Why else would they let him do the press conference and fire him two hours later?
  11. ESPN has brainwashed the SEC fans for so long now their only hope is Texas( not really a SEC team at this point anyway). Hoping Notre Dame can get by PSU, worried about the Love injury though.
  12. It's about money mostly, however I would think Johnson's asking price will be very high for a 1st year HC
  13. Good point, winner tonight will have 6 days of rest while PSU will have 8. PSU has to have had the best draw out of all these teams. I still think ND/GA winner will beat them
  14. I agree but we know how this will go. They hire Vrabel keep Poles, and it comes out in a year or two, Johnson was set to sign with the Bears but Warren/McCaskey were adamant Poles was their GM. Johnson goes to Jacksonville instead who becomes a perennial playoff team with Lawrence in the MVP conversation while the Bears struggle to 8-9. Williams doesn't reach his potential. Rinse, repeat.
  15. If the Hail Mary didn't blow up in their faces they go to 5-2, do they still come out flat against Arizona and New England the next two weeks? If the GB kick isn't blocked that is another winner. The first Minnesota game I will still chalk up as a loss but the first Detroit game easily could have been a winner. A lot of ifs but Washington, one of AZ/NE, GB, and the first Detroit game turn to winners they are 8-8 right now. ****** coaching, ****** execution, and a lot of negative variance has them at 4-12 ***- EDIT- Why is swearing not horsefeathers now? Instead its **** out
  16. The Notre Dame/Georgia game is at 3 CST tomorrow. Why on earth would it not be at night? Who cares if it runs up against Ole Piss/Duke
  17. Whatever decision the Bears make i am very confident it will be the wrong decision
  18. Yeah OSU or Oregon if they come back will crush them.
  19. I mean gambling and sports has been around for 120 years. Instead of going down to the street corner and placing a wager with a turf accountant you just use your phone now Also, horsefeathers Pete Rose
  20. Packers are 9 point favorites, they will try to move up from #7 to #6. I am sure they would rather avoid Philly in the 1st round
  21. No matter how many times you say that word they will never be that name again
