Having seen both teams win at IU, Ball State is definitely better. Of course, LeFevour didn't play that game -- testament to the futility of a Bill Lynch led team -- but the overall talent still seems to favor Ball State from my view. I think Ball State is the better team and would win at home or a neutral site. However, the game is at CMU; hopefully BSU is enough better to overcome that. There's a chance that there could be a three way tie for the MAC West. Not likely, but if BSU beats CMU this week, then next week CMU beats EMU and BSU loses to WMU then BSU, CMU, and WMU would all be tied with one conference loss. And since they will all be 1-1 against each other under that scenario I'm not sure what the next tiebreaker is.
