    I wouldnt be surprised if Brownlie came up and pitched very well, shall I say "buehrle-like". but then again, the cubs would act snake-bitten and trade him off at season's end to someone like Kansas City for McDougle only to watch Sisco and Brownlie pitche KC to champanship after championship..... ok. I'm bitter. :wall: :muffy:

    I have always been a big fan of Hendry until the Sosa fiasco. the entire time teams were courting Beltran, Hendry maintained we didnt have the $$ and we couldnt dump Sosa unless we did it and lost a significant amount of $$ and talent, and we werent going to do that. Well, he did it after Beltran was long gone. say what you will about Beltran having a bad season, how many really believe he will continue to suck next year and the year after that? give it up hendry, before you completely distroy our team. Kid K walks Dunn. niiiiiiice.
