  1. Which Jackson?
  2. and two of those guys (Urlacher and Briggs) are relatively easy to replace. Well, easier then finding the next Jay Cutler.
  3. http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/images/2012/01/14/M6mO7CJj.jpg That was the most widely circulated preview of what it'd look like. That sketch made it difficult to understand how the finished product would look relative to the rest of the OF wall. look at the far right staircase. designed by MC Escher.
  4. Why would Jenkins fall? I find that hard to buy
  5. Matt Forte is a little more then "no talent whatsoever"
  6. Has anyone actually looked up Wrigleys dimensions? Turns out, it's pretty damn symmetrical Left Field - 355 ft (108.2 m) Left-Center Field - 368 ft (112.2 m) Center Field - 400 ft (121.9 m) Right-Center Field - 368 ft (112.2 m) Right Field - 353 ft Idk, seems like such a stupid argument to be having.
  7. I agree. I also love that stadium.
  8. Yea, it is. I love that stadium. Left Field - 330 feet (101 m) Medium Left-Center - 360 feet (110 m) True Left-Center - 375 feet (114 m) Center Field - 400 feet (122 m)* True Right-Center - 375 feet (114 m) Medium Right-Center - 360 feet (110 m) Right Field - 330 feet (101 m) Backstop - 55 feet (17 m)

  16. I hope we take a few fun jabs at the DE position.
  17. Why can't they? Cap space?
  18. I mean I'm not sure how different he is from Bennett.
  19. the kind that dont grow on rollin stones
  20. when do we get the wallabies?
  21. I think Soldier Field is a federally-designated landmark, whereas Wrigley is a Chicago landmark. right, Wrigley is eligible for the national trust where as SF was on it, but it has been removed.
  22. The committee "controls" very little. A good design team can work around all of that. As for SF, I said extreme example for a reason.
  23. Umm, have you tried to build ANYTHING in the last 15 years? There are always committees. Besides, Wrigley is only restricted on a few of its historical pieces, such as the ivy, scoreboard and I believe the exterior marque. There is plenty that can be done to it without upsetting "the committee". If you want an extreme example, look at what was done with Soldier Field which had a very simular designation
