Somewhere between 10-18Mil depending on what Jennings got. That's 10-18M after accounting for rookie contracts, correct? Nope. so, explain this plz, are the rookie contracts not part of this years cap space? they only count towards next years? does the cap grow to include a budget for them?

I dont think the two are equal by any means. I know what you're getting at, that we still wouldnt have a #1 WR. But Manningham, Williams, WR in 1st (or 2nd) makes us better then where we were last year.
