  1. Probably because he averaged 66 runs. Looking at his BR page, the only way he could've said that was he looked up his career totals, and saw that he averaged 139 H per 162 games, and thought that was a) the runs column and b) the career average row which c) neither of them were nor d) was the number 138
  2. I went to check out the White Sox Interactive reaction and it appears they may have done some light hotlinking: https://www.whitesoxinteractive.com/vbulletin/index.php?s=16e3e4ebce8f4cb8bab0a59246995e68 I'm trying to inspect the page elements and it would appear they're hotlinking to their own website... So their forum is on a subfolder (vbulletin) but the images appear to be hosted on their root folder, and they may have set it up so that all images uploaded to their root directories get the hotlinking default image so no one will steal them? MY guess is they post graphics and images on the main site they don't want anyone to steal, but lal the message board images are stored there too, so they are getting tagged as a result? Maybe I'm wrong, but all these hotlinking images are sourced to their own website, which is hilarious.
  3. In the end, probably... but essentially trading Bobby Hill for Aramis Ramirez was pretty dope
  4. Currently at $1,000... Drop C Schwarber ($75) Add C Contreras ($25) ------------------------------- Total Left $950 Drop OF Bryant ($50) Add OF Bellinger ($75) ----------------------------- Total Left $975
  5. This is fantastic https://v.redd.it/w3cqkizn74u21
  6. You can do Tatis for Lamb. However, Trea is an OF and Marcus is a SS. It has to be the same position. Let me know how you want to proceed. Turner is listed as a SS/CF/2B, Semien is listed as a SS/3B/2B, why does that not count?
  7. HOTTER TAKE: You don't really believe that and just like the word "cromulent" and wanted to use it (twice). You're half right
  8. HOT TAKE: Albies is cromulent and deserves a cromulent contract.
  9. https://streamable.com/56qqt Link if it doesn't playback
  10. This team eats poop. They've scored 34 runs the last 6 games. They've lost all 6 games. Hacks.
  11. I strained an intercostal muscle before and it was crippling. Next to the disc I slipped a few years ago, that was probably the most painful injury I've had.
  12. I don't know how everyone else has been doing, but mine has been crushing it as far as I can tell
  13. 8 years, $100 mil [tweet] [/tweet] [tweet] [/tweet]
  14. I've said it in the past, but the audio that comes out of the Rogers Center/Blue Jays broadcasts sound so unique and awesome to me for some reason.
  15. You are right. The art reminded me of the Penny Hardaway card form the mid 90's, and turns out that was a Fleer card. They were certainly known more for their caricatures.
  16. Updated for accuracy. I DIDN'T SAY THAT, MOJO. YOU SLEEP ON A BED OF LIES
  17. Because relievers who throw hard do so because they know they only have to throw like 20 pitches, if that, not 100. If Hader was a starter he would not be throwing high 90s gas all the time unless he wanted a short career
  18. That art belongs on a Donruss Diamond Kings card
  19. Prepare yourself to cancel your next Winters heating bills using the warmth provided by this hot ass take https://chicago.cbslocal.com/2019/03/28/jose-abreu-white-sox-kris-bryant-cubs-chicago-best-player/ http://www.reactiongifs.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/blerg.gif
  20. Yeah but if he is fixed vs. lefties we'll get more dongs in the lineup and that's way more fun. Also, I hate that they continue to platoon Schwarber. The Cubs tout Schwarber as having a special bat, but it's apparently not special enough to let him work out his LHP struggles like they did with Rizzo. They let Rizzo do it. They let Javy do it. They let Happ do it. Schwarber's not allowed though. I said it elsewhere, but last year they platooned him with Happ who was far worse than Schwarber was vs lefties. If Zagunis struggles I see no reason to continue to platoon Schwarber unless you just want someone who is better at defense, even though Schwarber is perfectly cromulent there. FREE KYLE SCHWARBER! UNLEASH THE DONGVIATHAN!
