  1. i would like the thank the flu germs that decided to shack up in Chris Webber and Rip Hamilton's intestines yesterday Meh. The Bulls were minus Nocioni last night, and a full-strenght Pistons squd beat the Bulls by 2 points at Auburn Hills last month. EDIT: Sit on your reply for 20 minutes and your points get made by somebody else. and the original poster already retorts :D
  2. The local team (State College Spikes) just released their promotional schedule and there are some great things in there. They are continuing their parade of C-List celebrity appearances (which, for some reason, were extremely popular last year) with visits from Butch Patrick and Anson Williams. But my favorite is on the 3rd game of the season. The Spikes new manager is former Pirate Turner Ward, a player famous for running through the outfield wall at 3-Rivers on a fly ball. So the Spikes have made Turner Ward "Bobble Walls" for the first 2000 fans. I want one so bad.
  3. i would like the thank the flu germs that decided to shack up in Chris Webber and Rip Hamilton's intestines yesterday Either you're the most pessimistic Bulls fan in this thread or the most obnoxious. We beat the best team in the conference last night. Beat them a couple months back at the UC. Almost beat them full strength up in the Palace. I see no reason why the Bulls couldn't have a very competitive series against the Pistons in the playoffs. If we have Nocioni for 25 minutes a game, we will be tough to beat. i'm not being pessimistic at all. At a time when the Bulls need wins, I'll take them any way I can get them. As you inferred, we're not at full strength either (with Noc out). These are the games you need to win at this point in the season. Sorry if you misread the intention of my post.
  4. .000/.000/.000. On the first pitch on opening day, Soriano will hit a deep fly to Dunn, who will run full speed through the outfield wall, making a Bugs Bunny-like shaped hole. He will miss the season from what doctors will diagnose as "little birdies flying in a circle around the 10 inch bump on the top of his head".
  5. ESPNews is reporting that sweetepeteman was caught in a Vegas hotel room with 2 strippers, an ounce of cocaine and a goat. Details pending.

  11. fouled on the 3! that was SOOOO dumb
  12. And Bulls showing why they arent better than their record. If they could close out teams, theyd be even if not better record wise. and..........TT turns it over and it's tied
  13. pistons showing why they have the best record in the East
  14. Thomas is quickly becoming what Chandler was to this team. Energy, defense, excitement.....
  15. me likes TT's confidence.
  16. anyone who expected Detroit to roll over and die after the 1st quarter is insane.
  17. "before the season" now equals about 90 hours, so.......get it done please
  18. Don't worry...everyone already knows you're taking Landry. Maybe, maybe not. well, a source from your team (who talked on condition of anonymity) said a deal was already in place....
  19. After trading McGahee, a RB will be pretty high up there so Peterson if he falls or Lynch would be decent picks. They also lost Spikes and Fletcher at LB, so Willis makes sense as well. If they're all gone, they could use a CB to help fill Clements' spot or a WR to help out Lee Evans. right. I looked over about a dozen mock drafts online and have a better idea of what to do now is someone updating the first post with the current picks?
  20. nomar had a wrist injury when Mia was playing overseas, then a groin injury when she returned. Coincidence?
  21. is it a bad sign that I took the Bills but, after looking over their roster, only recognize like 5 names? Who the heck is on this team? How do I know what they need if I don't know if these people are any good? Mel Kiper, save me!
  22. no one will ever spell (or pronounce) my older daughter's name either, but that's because we chose a Dutch spelling of a commonly Swedish name. You, on the other hand, just totally made it up :D
  23. big game against Detroit tonight
