    It was just a mere two weeks ago that IU fans were telling me that Purdue will get crushed in their only meeting this year. I think they're starting to sweat a little bit now. I still have a hard time buying into the Purdue thing since they struggled against my hawkeyes at Purdue, who are very bad. The same Hawkeyes that beat Michigan State. IU struggled at Illinois who are really bad too. Purdue did anything but struggle at Wisconsin. They are an extremely young team that has only lost once in conference play and that was at Michigan State by 3 points. If they beat the Spartans at Mackey this week and pull off a stunner in Bloomington next week they have a great chance at the Big Ten title. Purdue's defense was stifling against penn state. PSU could barely pass the ball around the court much less get it inside or get a decent shot off. it's shocking that Purdue remains unranked (thought that HAS to change this week)

    Which is exactly why I want him at PSU. That and I hate OSU more than any other Big Ten school that doesn't have a Wolverine for a mascot. Really, I just think that if he's really that good, he could make a huge difference at OSU. I just don't think PSU, even with Pryor, is going to be a contender in the next 4 years. Maybe I'm wrong. good point. i'll take him sitting on the bench at PSU if it keeps him off the field for OSU

    while i'd be thrilled if Penn State got him, I cringe at the knowledge that he would be buried 4 deep in the depth chart because JoePa NEVER plays underclassmen over upperclassmen. EVER

    That sorta sounds like the deal Baltimore wanted for Bedard that never materialized. The key difference is Baltimore insisted on Jay Bruce. rotoworld thinks there is no way Cincy gives them that much

    Well we know we are a terrible team and that they are supposed to be a good team. Yet everytime we have played them they have barely beaten us. We also played Duke, they had no such problem taking us to the woodshed. They lose Gordon and White next year. In the next three years we add the most talent we have ever had, IU could be on probabtion. Are you still failing to see why we think we will be better going forward? and who's to say that your great recruits don't all bolt after THEIR freshmen year? At what point did I say any of them were that good? Maybe Jereme Richmond can do that, but even then I doubt that as we will be pretty good and he won't get to run loose like Gordon does. i honestly don't know anything about your recruits, which is why i'm asking. from what i can gather, you have good recruits, but not so good they'll leave early, but good enough to be better than Indiana for years to come? how are IU's recruits? They have a very good one for '08 whose name eludes me. After that they have struggled because of the impending NCAA investigation. Trust me, people better kick us now while we are down. so does this mean that Bruce Weber is NOT the worst recruiter in history?

    No McCamey did not. Just another false truth told by ESPN last night. Goes along with Gordon opening up his recruting. By opening up they mean we found out when he showed up at IU's MM. McCamey was waiting for us to offer the whole time. He has said in interviews we are his dream school. so he never had interest in IU at all?

    IU will be "nothing" next year? didn't you say that about Ohio State after losing Oden/Conley Jr.? Aren't they, um, 16-7 (7-3) this year? and didnt' McCamey give a verbal commit to IU but back out to go to UofI? did he "screw Indiana's program"? do they have some childish acronym for him in Bloomington?
