Fukudome threw it in to try and catch weeks, the throw was wide, Weeks slammed into Soto when he was on the basepath and knocked him over, with the ball going to the backstop. Soto couldn't have caught it anyway because Weeks tackled him. perfectly legal play on weeks' part
