I avoid all things OSU Thats impossible if you live in Columbus. You must be a hermit. And yeah yesterday they were saying he was playing, now they say doubtful. Quick turn of events. I think Tressel was just kidding himself about Wells playing. not a hermit, I just don't read the local paper and avoid local sports radio unless I'm driving to the grocery store or something. it's not hard to avoid. it's not like I live on campus

I'm on record saying I don't care that either act like they do, but let's not pretend that the Cubs don't do it The difference is that Marmol does it after he just got himself out of a potentially game-saving jam, and Valverde does it after getting 3 straight outs with his team up 2 or 3 runs. and he's not a Cub. don't forget that part Rationalization it is, but the next time a Cub pitcher goes nuts after a meaningless strikeout, I'll be sure to call him out just for you. I wouldn't call a strikeout that ends the game and gives the team the win meaningless, regardless of the lead, but whatever, you think what you want
