    ahh the trusty babip. this just in, your babip is going to be low when you hit the ball softly every time up. i guess fukudome doesn't really suck, he was just unlucky that those 2 hoppers tothe shortstop didn't sneak over the fence so explain the difference in his numbers between Japan and the US then

    Opening Day not being on WGN would really bother me if it wasn't for the fact that I get the CSN games in HD but not WGN Also, Opening Day is the same day as the NCAA Championship game

    I'm hoping Gathright somehow doesn't make it, as he and Johnson are completely redundant defensively. It's not worth carrying a guy just as a pinch runner when you have a 12 man pitching staff. Also, there is no one to back up Aramis on that bench.

    You do realize our annoying scrappy white guys will keep that game close and possibly be in a position to win the game in the last 5 minutes right? \:D/ it's actually a game without much upside. If PSU wins, it's not a quality win and they've expended energy in the 1st round, and if they lose, they're off the bubble.

    I think it's Marshall's spot to lose, but I fear that Lou's quick leash on guys not throwing strikes, matched with his need to coddle veterans (re: Heilman wants to start), will mean Sean won't get a fair shot. We'll see

    HUGE win for PSU today. Wins against Indiana (and @Iowa) would put PSU at 9-9 in conference, and that's assuming they can't manage a win against Illinois at home or @OSU.
