Not only does ERA+ not tell the whole story, but average to slightly above average starters do not deserve 21 million over 3 years. and yet we just paid a slightly above average starter $52 million over 4 years. That deal makes Marquis look like a bargain.

That looked like a TD to me. And me. And the announcers. And since the original call was a touchdown they had no right to overturn it unless there was indisputable evidence that it was not a touchdown. And on the other play one angle made it look like the ball might have touched the ground before the receiver had control, but I didn't think it came close to being indisputable evidence to overturn the call. The officials stole one touchdown, and possibly another, from Ball State. I hate zebras. the original call on the first replay was that he was out at the 1/2 yard line, not that it was a TD. His foot was inside the pylon, but there was a question over whether the ball crossed. Could've gone either way. I think they blew the second call though

I think they'd finish, at best, middle of the pack. I can't see them beating Penn St., Ohio St., Michigan St. or Iowa. Which would probably leave them being 5th at best. well since they're down 11 to a 7-5 Buffalo team, I think you may be overstating it a bit.

It was a hot, sweaty afternoon in Austin, Texas. Meph, President of the Tim Tebow fan club, was wearing his Florida Gator jorts (and little else) as he viewed his idol dismantle the mighty Citadel. With the game well in hand, Meph moved to his computer to update his Excel spreadsheets. With a smile on his face (and a hand in his pants), Meph entered Tebow's stats for the day. Oh yeah, just like that. And the Legend of Tim Tebow grows....
