    I dunno, in the back of my mind I think Amare winds up in Miami. The fact is, that at this point Beasley still probably has much more value than Tyrus. Not that Beasley has done anything to "wow" anyone so far in the NBA, but he is still riding alot of momentum from his college play and has decent #'s this year. On the other hand, TT's career appeared on life support last season and part of this year so he is still working his value up. I could kill Boylan for not developing guys like Tyrus and Thabo last year when the season was pretty much done.

    I think Kerr wants to make a genuine basketball trade, while Sarvar just wants to save cash. All bets are off when the owner wants to dump salary..look at the Gasol trade last year...alot of other teams other than the Bulls put solid offers on the table..and then they pull a "WTF" and trade him to LA for nothing but expiring contracts and trash.

    What a great win tonight..probably the best since the playoffs two years ago. Man I still hate Detroit...I just want to punch Rip Hamilton in the face when I see him with that stupid mask on....then maybe he would have a real excuse to wear it again....and lol at Detroit still running McDyess out there for all those minutes..it isn't 1996 anymore fella's.

    It would suck if Phoenix took the rumored Alridge/Lafreantz offer over the Bulls offer. I still maintain that Tyrus is a better player than LA and will prove it in due time.

    ok, let me put it like this..you have two teams. Team A The Bulls Roster..currently constructed Team B Derrick Rose, Amare Stoudemire, and 10 other white guys. What team will you take? I'll take Team B and kick the howry out of Team A nine times out of ten.

    I'm sorry but if getting one of the most efficient scoring power fowards in the game to pair with already one one of the most dymanic young PG's already in the game involves parting ways with the great Joakim Noah..then count me out sir...count me out!!!!

    Noah is not a star yes I agree to that. But lets not forget someone like Dasagana Diop makes 5.5 mil a year, Joel Pryzbilla 6.5 mil a year, and Mark Blount 8 mil a year respectively. That is crazy. We can have someone like Noah who is probably equal to but most likely better than those 3 makin 3 mil a year. If we trade Gooden, Thomas, and Noah for Stoudemire that would mean our 2009-2010 salaries add up to 62 mil for 7 players. Hinrich, Rose, Nocioni, Hughes, Stoudemire, Sefolosha, and Deng. If we resign Gordon probably around 70 mil on 8 players. That is what scares me. I don't think Amare puts us over the top and I don't know what other pieces we will have other than Hughes expiring contract and our 1st rd pick next year. If we have those 8 players we will have to find a way shore up our interior D. Ben Gordon is not resigning with the Bulls. And again, our interior D is terrible as is. Even if this trade doesn't go down, the interior D issue still must be addressed. So I don't understand the fear of giving up everythign minus Rose to get Amare. Yeah, our interior D would suck..just like right now..but we would have one of the most dynamic combo's in the NBA. Don't forget the Bulls own the right to Omer Asik.

    I could understand be hesitant about giving up TT, because he has the potential still be special in this league. But Noah?     Our interior defense is already one of the worst in the NBA so I'm failing to grasp the concept here. Holding on to either Noah or TT isn't going to solve that.

You give up whatever(minus Rose) to get Amare here..and then go from there..go sign some big guys from the D-League for all I care. Are people insane? I have already come out saying I oppose giving up both Thomas and Noah to get Amare. You are insane, I'm sorry...that is just baffling. Rose+Amare+the Chicago area YMCA is probably enough to contend in the east right now.

    I beileve Tyrus Thomas and Gooden are in for sure. Tyrus because of his upside and Gooden because of his contract. There will be others thrown in to for salary concerns..I'm sure..Thabo, Noah...etc.
