    The only thing I have on right now is the 2 Big East games on ESPN. I live 20 frickin miles from Champaign. Yep. Pretty sweet that we can't get any Big Ten games right now even though we live in Big Ten country. Thanks Big Ten Network. :evil: Should there be just as much, or more blame on whatever cable company you have?

    About what I expected. As much as people want to label me a Hill hater, I just never bought the hype that he would be a dominant starter like he should the second half of last year. I think he can be a quality Low #2-High # 3. When his command is off his FB isn't enough to get by. I wish he had a better 3rd pitch, changeup.

    The Cubs have as many HR (32) in September as they had in July and August combined.

    I keep thinking Monroe is going to get his first HR as a Cub. Maybe it comes today.

    Son of a..... If he'd be pitching in long relief if the game is decided, sure. If he's starting, Lou needs a kick in the butt. If things keep going like they are going, Thursday might not be all that important.

    If you're a righty, that's still impressive. Of course I got an infield single off Ricky Nolasco. In a playoff game. Lefty. Wasn't enough though, his team beat ours in the Semi-state. He wasn't the only draftee on his team.

    You were very critical about Marquis not too long ago and quite confident he would end up with an ERA in the 5.00 range. Are you attributing his season to luck? Just curious if your thoughts on him have changed at all.
