  1. This ending has been annoying.
  2. We'll need Boozer to play offense in the playoffs if we want to beat these guys.
  3. Rose deciding to pass and take 3 pointers might cost them the game.
  4. This game is pretty awesome. Rose and LeBron have been incredible. I don't even care if the Bulls lose at this point (well, sort of). This is good NBA basketball.
  5. He also didn't snap his head back.
  6. I've never seen it under Thibs. I remember about 2-3 weeks ago one of the beat reporters for the Bulls mentioned that they were practicing zone D but haven't seen it come out in a game until today. I've heard they have issues with the zone (no idea if that's legit or not) It messed with them. I kind of wish we waited to use it in the playoffs. Minor complaint though.
  7. The Bulls defense hasn't been good since Deng got hurt. We definitely need him back and it's hard to get too worked up about us struggling against the Heat without him.
  8. I've never seen it under Thibs.
  9. Noah's fired up. And Rose was fouled on that layup and I think it was more of a foul than Rose's second foul. Annoying.
  10. Why does LeBron have to be an ass on every dunk? You dunked on John Lucas. Impressive.
  11. I'm sure you circled the Heat game on the calendar, but they sure as [expletive] aren't a rivalry. Maybe. I don't really know if the Bulls have a rivalry at all right now, but the Heat are probably the closest thing. It doesn't seem like the NBA really has many true rivalries anymore. I kind of think NBA rivalries are built throughout the course of a season or seasons. There aren't any Bears/Packers or Cubs/Cards traditional type rivalries. And the rivalries are pretty much between teams who are strong candidate for the title over the course of a few seasons. Considering the Bulls just got on the contender scene (and heck so did the Heat) rivalries are just beginning to begin with each other. I think both Heat and Bulls are more rivals with the Celtics because the Celtics are the team who's been at the top the longest and both teams have some history with this incarnation of the Celtics (LeBron while he was with the Cavs/and the beat them last year) and the Bulls with their tough series from a few years ago. On the Celtics end, they are an aging team trying to keep pace with the two younger, and what looks like better teams so they have some fuel on their end.
  12. What uniforms are the Grizzlies wearing? And also, I want to like the Clippers because they are the Clippers but they are kind of annoying and easily hateable.
  13. KC Johnson has said Friday or Sunday as a return date for a couple days now. His ankle has been feeling better and he's been walking without a limp. No more Scal then? I would imagine so unless Taj's ankle gets reinjured and that would be a great thing.
  14. I don't know what more it will take to make it a rivalry. The players don't seem to like each other. The fanbases don't seem to like each other. And the teams are not horribly mismatched anymore. The Bulls are still definitely better but the Pacers are coming fast, and both teams should continue to improve in the next couple years. If there was a playoff series between them, the Bulls would be favored but the Pacers would have a shot to actually win the series. Will it actually take the Pacers beating the Bulls in a playoff series to make it a rivalry? I think that's a pretty strict definition that would lead to pretty much no rivalries in the sport. I don't get the sense that the fan bases hate each other. At least none of the Bulls fans I know really hate the Pacers and my cousin is the only Pacers fan I've ever met and he doesn't seem to hate the Bulls. They've had some pretty good intense games between last year and this year though so it could be building but right now it's hard to call it a true rivalry because it doesn't seem like the Pacers could beat the Bulls in a playoff series.
  15. I despise playing at Wisconsin. I don't think I'm the only Big Ten fan with that sentiment. I enjoyed it this year.
  16. Blowing 21 point leads (maybe more) is always a good things.
  17. http://www.tri-center.k12.ia.us/Michalik.htm Unless someone else possesses his weird traits and names that's him.
  18. Kind of sucks that Iowa can beat Michigan handily and Wisconsin at their place but then lose at home to Nebraska. That's what happens when you are still building a program I guess.
  19. If the Bulls want to get upset and play better because of it (if that even happens) fine but the Bulls have Noah who has always acted like a jackass so I don't really care about the Pacers celebrating.
  20. This is what I'd be most worried about, that this loss causes Thibs to panic and bring back Deng (and to a lesser extent Gibson) too quickly. I'm pretty sure that Deng and Gibson were targeting Sunday as a return date, even before the game yesterday. Does leaving Deng out even do much for his healing? I thought it was either surgery or play in pain but maybe I'm making it too cut and dry. Gibson I wouldn't want to play until he feels better.
  21. I'm just glad that regular season games don't mean much because that game was incredibly frustrating.
  22. This game was flat out stupid. I'm just going to forget it happened.
  23. The Bulls have missed so many open shots that normally go in. It's frustrating. And why are we about to bring in Scal?
  24. I hate Neil Funk.
